Membership Database Manager The Membership Manager manages the League’s annual giving and donor acquisition campaigns. The Membership Manager also provides membership database support for other League functions, including major gifts and planned giving campaigns, grassroots campaigns in support of the mission, and fulfilling internal and external reporting requirements. Outreach and Information Center Coordinator Job responsibilities include sales of Keep Tahoe Blue merchandise, filling online orders, answering phones, opening and closing of Information Center, organizing and updating environmental information, and sharing with visitors the importance of keeping Tahoe blue. Also include filing, keeping office clean and organized, merchandise inventories, coordinating of outreach efforts, and otherwise assisting office staff. Professional demeanor and phone manners, excellent communication, organizational and computer skills required. Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel are a must. Some retail experience encouraged. Weekend work will be required as full-time employee.
