Saving the lake will require the effort of thousands of people. The League strives to educate Tahoe residents and visitors about the environmental problems facing Lake Tahoe and engage those interested in joining the efforts to “Keep Tahoe Blue.” We offer opportunities for activists to get involved in issues affecting Lake Tahoe throughout the year and we also host educational and volunteer events.

Upper Truckee River Watershed Stewardship Group -
The Stewardship Group is a project developed by the League in 2007. It is a community based forum for environmental education and discussion of watershed issues. It is a place for residents and community members to come together to help shape the future of the Tahoe Basin’s largest and most significant waterway. Click here for more info.
