The League to Save Lake Tahoe strives every day to protect Lake Tahoe and restore its famed clarity. Our goal is to leave Lake Tahoe in better condition for our children and grandchildren than it’s in today. The League’s members make all our work possible through their enthusiasm and annual membership donations, but if you’re interested in making an additional contribution toward protecting Lake Tahoe, there are many options.

Give the gift of stock:
You can support the League’s mission by donating appreciated stock. There are numerous advantages to this type of gift including avoiding capital gains taxes and receiving full market value tax credit for the donation.

Remember us in your will:
You can help protect Lake Tahoe for future generations by naming the League to Save Lake Tahoe as a beneficiary in your will. A bequest can help you fulfill your charitable goals, while offering significant tax advantages.

Make a gift towards our endowment.
Endowment gifts are the perfect tool to create a lasting legacy. The League’s endowment fund was established in 2004 and is quickly growing as an avenue through which the League can plan for the future with confidence.
