As we change seasons and continue to reconcile the past 12 months — our shifted mindsets, tolerances, and perspectives — mending is top of mind. We’ll get there not by pointing angry fingers about all that’s wrong and who is accountable for a lack thereof, but instead by rolling up our sleeves and getting to work.
