Kristiana is a people-centered leader who brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer, where she not only oversees the daily operations of the League, but is also tasked with building the culture, systems, and processes to ensure all League staff can shine.

Prior to the League, she was a Senior Project Manager for a boutique consulting firm in Santa Barbara where she oversaw team operations in addition to building relationships with nonprofits across the community and advising on business strategy. She has a wealth of experience in building high performing fundraising and communications teams at both a local and national scale.

She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Santa Barbara and received her MBA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. In her spare time, she enjoys backpacking, mountain biking, and hiking with her husband and dogs.
